A Strategy Session is a focused 60-minute, one-on-one conversation designed for children’s business owners who have something specific they want to work through.
Bring the idea that’s been sitting in your head, the event you can’t quite figure out or the challenge you keep going in circles about.
We’ll talk it through together, brainstorm possibilities and turn all of those thoughts into clear, actionable next steps.

What to Expect
Before We Meet: You’ll complete a short questionnaire about your business, your current challenge and what you’d like to accomplish during our time together. I’ll review it ahead of our session so we can jump right in and make the most of our 60 minutes.
During Your Session: We’ll focus on the challenge you brough to the table, brainstorming ideas, talking through possibilities, troubleshooting what isn’t work and creating a clear direction forward. I’ll bring my experience and perspective, but our conversation will always be centered around your business, your customers and your goals.
After We Meet: You’ll receive a written recap of our conversation with recommendations, ideas, resources when applicable and clear next steps, so you can leave the session ready to move forward.
