A Mastermind for Children’s Business Owners

Five business owners. Three months. Meaningful connection, fresh perspective & direct access to Jenn.
Running a business means constantly making decisions about what to offer, what to charge, what to change and where to focus next – often while you’re right in the middle of running your business.
The Confetti Collective is a small, strategy-focused Mastermind for children’s business owners who want dedicated time to step out of the day-to-day and work on their business.

What Happens Inside the Confetti Collective
Each month we’ll come together for a focused Mastermind session, designed around the real ideas, decisions and challenges happening in your business right now.
With only five owners in the group, there’s time to dig into what each person is working through, hear different perspectives and think strategically about what comes next. I’ll facilitate the conversation, share my experience and insight, and help turn the ideas we discuss into direction you can take back to your business.
90-Minute Monthly Mastermind
We’ll meet for 90 minutes once a month, with time dedicated to both group strategy and the individual businesses in the room.
Bring what’s happening in your business right now – an upcoming event, a new offering, a pricing decision, seasonal programming, a guest experience challenge or an idea you want to explore.
The conversation will evolve with the needs of the group, which means what we work through one month may look completely different from what we need the next.
When We’ll Meet
Our found cohort will meet virtually on the first Monday of each month from 1:00-2:30pm EST giving us the opportunity to reflect on the month before, talk through what’s ahead and focus on the ideas, decisions and challenges happening in your business right now.
Because The Confetti Collective is designed to be a space for open and honest business conversations, our Mastermind sessions will not be recorded. This allows members to speak candidly, share openly and know that the conversations happening within the group remain private. Please confirm that you are available to attend all three live Mastermind sessions.
Direct Access & Feedback
I’ll be actively involved in each Mastermind, bringing what I’ve learned from creating and running Pink Confetti, designing children’s experiences, building programming and working directly with families into our conversations. I’ll ask questions, offer perspective, help you think through possibilities and challenge you to look at things differently when it’s helpful.
And because there are only five members, there’s room for every business to be part of the conversation.
Support Between Sessions
Sometimes the question comes up two days after the call and that’s okay. We’ll have a private group chat where members can ask quick questions, share something they’re working on, get feedback or celebrate a win between our monthly sessions. I’ll participate there, too, so the conversation can continue throughout our three months together.
Five Businesses. More Than Five Perspectives.
One of the things I’m most excited about is bringing together owners of different types of children’s businesses.
You don’t need to own a play café or a studio exactly like someone else in the group to learn from them. In fact, I think there’s tremendous value in seeing how someone outside of your exact niche approaches an idea or solves a problem.
We may run very different businesses, but when you serve kids and families, there is so much overlap in what we navigate—and everyone at the table has something valuable to contribute.
Is The Confetti Collective Right for You?
The Confetti Collective is designed for children’s business owners who are actively building, refining and growing their businesses and want dedicated time to think strategically about what comes next.
You should be willing to participate, share your perspective, ask questions and contribute to the conversations happening around the table. You don’t need to have everything figured out—and you certainly don’t need to run the same kind of business as everyone else.
Because the group is intentionally limited to just five members, applications are required so I can thoughtfully curate each cohort. My goal is to bring together a mix of businesses, experiences and perspectives that will complement one another and create the most valuable conversations for everyone at the table.
Not being selected for the founding cohort doesn’t mean you aren’t a fit for The Confetti Collective. Some applicants may simply be better suited for a future group based on the mix of businesses in each cohort. If that happens, you’ll be given priority when a spot opens or the next cohort is formed.
