For events, will every child need to be registered or does one registration cover a family?

What is a scroll-free studio?

At Pink Confetti Co. we create experiences designed for connection, creativity and engagement, especially between grownups and their kids! We welcome phones for photos and videos to capture those magical moments, however we ask that scrolling, texting or other digital distractions be put aside during events and birthday celebrations. This applies to all guests.

While we understand that some messages and calls must be answered in certain situations, in this instance we ask that you step away from the activity with your child to ensure other participants are not distracted and your child remains supervised.

Thank you for helping us make our studio a special place where memories are made and connection comes first!

How can my child interact with performers during events?

We love seeing our young guests excited to meet and engage with our performers! To ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that grownups actively supervise their child during a performer interaction. Guests should use safe hands at all times and provide appropriate space. If a child crowds a performer or does not keep safe hands, one of our team members will ask their grownup to step in to gently redirect them. If their behavior continues, we may ask that the child and grownup step back briefly to reset. Continued unsafe behavior may result in being asked to leave the activity.

What is your behavior policy?

We strive to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for participants and to help ensure this, we follow the below behavior policy adapted from our friends at SPARC:

I need to cancel my registration, do you provide refunds?

All registrations are non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my session?

We do not offer a reschedule option for missed bookings, birthdays or events.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, all sales are final.

What is your photography and media policy?

At Pink Confetti Co. we love capturing the magic! During events, experiences and parties, we may take photos and short videos to document the experience and special moments happening in our studio!

These images may be used for social media, marketing, website content and promotional materials. We intentionally do our best to focus on side angles, the back-of-the-head shots and over-the-shoulder angles rather than front-facing photos of our young guests whenever we can.

For birthday parties and events, we’ll privately share the full gallery of photos we take directly with attendees so grownups can stay present while we capture the magic for you!

Do you rent your studio for outside events?

At this time, we do not offer studio rentals. Our space is reserved exclusively for Pink Confetti Co. birthday parties, Signature Experiences, Studio Events and approved Guest Workshops.

I’m an instructor and have an idea for a class offering. Can I host a workshop at your studio?

Are you a local business or professional in the parenting, creative services or education field who is interested in sharing your craft with grownups or kids in our area? We are always interested in connecting with local instructors and small businesses whose workshops complement our mission of creativity, imagination and hands-on learning! If you have an idea you’d love to bring to our studio, we’d love to hear from you.

My child is on the spectrum, are you programs inclusive?

A note from Jenn: After spending 8 years as the Engagement Coordinator at The Faison Center, there is nothing I love more than inclusive programming! Exposure to peer interactions goes both ways – neurotypical friends and friends on the spectrum benefit from connecting together, learning how to practice social skills while understanding how to navigate the uniqueness we each have! Inclusion is a vital part to child development and it lays the foundation to ensuring future relationships include kindness and belonging.

With that being said, the magic I had with our students at The Faison Center successfully participating in activities and experiences was solely dependent on our amazing teaching staff who provided direct support to our kiddos. Unfortunately, at Pink Confetti Co. we do not have a full teaching staff to step in with 1:1 assistance and I want every child to receive the same level of interaction from our sessions. This means that when an event is a drop-off session, if a child is unable to work independently and requires additional supports, a trusted adult is required to remain with their child to ensure a successful experience for all participants.

Do you offer birthday parties?

Yes, we definitely do! We offer two birthday party packages: Our Creative Play Party for ages 3 – 7 years old & Creative Makers Party for ages 8+. We’ll coordinate the activities and project to your birthday theme! Click the button below to learn more about our party packages:

Do you offer summer camps?

Yes! Our Richmond studio will offer mini camps beginning summer 2027!

Why don’t you offer full day camps?

Our mini camps are designed for kids whose grownups are home – whether they’re stay-at-home parents, homeschool families or working remotely – offering the perfect short and sweet, out-of-the-house activity for keeping their kids engaged and busy! We offer 1-day and 3-day, half day camps for a mini themed experience.

What ages are your camps for?

We serve campers ages 7 – 12 years old in various programs throughout the summer. Campers should be the minimum age listed by the first day of camp. Please check our camp offerings to see which programs might be the right fit for your child.

What payment options do you offer?

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at registration with the remaining balance due on May 29th.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a camp registration?

No refunds or reimbursements will be provided for cancellations at any time including refunds on deposits or payments made in full.

What if my child needs to miss a day or more of camp, can I get a refund?

No refunds or reimbursements will be provided for missed days of camp.

Are the camp days structured or is it more free play?

All camps include structured activities with very little free play! Each morning we review the schedule for the day and campers participate in projects, crafts, games and activities that connect to the camp theme and goal of the week. Team building, communication and peer collaboration are the center of camp – we want campers to be busy creating and using their innovation and imaginations!

My child requires medication that will need to be taken during camp, can a Pink Confetti Co. staff help with this?

If your child requires a medication that they cannot administer themselves, arrangements will need to be made for a parent or other trusted adult to come to camp and administer the medication.

How early can I drop off my child to camp?

Doors open at the start time, we do not offer early arrival or late pickup options.

We do not offer early arrival or late pickup.

What safety measures do you have in place?

We know how important safety is particularly when it comes to your child. As a police family, safety is top priority and we take multiple precautions to ensure this. While we do not want to provide any information publicly regarding our safety measures, we would be happy to discuss these tactics in person when visiting our studio.

Who is allowed to pickup my child following a drop-off session?

At registration, grownups are required to share the full name of the trusted adult who will be picking up a child during a drop-off session. Only the person you named during registration will be permitted to pick up your child. Individuals picking up must be 18 years or older and must provide a valid government-issued ID with photo.
