Tell us their favorite theme and we’ll dream up the party! We design hands-on creative projects around the birthday child’s interests, giving guests a chance to create together and take home something special. All you have to bring is the cake!

Have lots of ideas or aren’t quite sure where to start? Once your party is booked, your birthday child and their grownup are welcome to join the studio owner for a short planning call! We’ll chat about their favorite things and narrow down a theme together. It helps us get to know what they love and for many of our older birthday kids, having a say in their celebration is one of their favorite parts!

Every party is custom planned, so what we make – and how we make it – is part of what makes their celebration unique!

Creative Makers & Glam Party
A lot of creating and a little birthday glam! We design hands-on projects and experiences around your birthday child’s interests, then add some sparkle with mini makeovers from our team. Lip gloss, eye shadow, shimmer cheeks and glitter hair bring a playful touch of glam to a celebration made just for them!

The Creative Makers & Glam Party also includes mini makeovers from our team with lip gloss, eye shadow, shimmer cheeks and glitter hair. A fairy appearance is available by request at the time of booking, subject to performer availability.
How do you design the party activities?
Tell us what your birthday child loves and we’ll design hands-on projects and experiences around their interests! Each party is custom planned by the studio owner, so the activities vary with the theme and the celebration we create. No two parties are ever alike!
Once booked, your birthday child and their grownup are welcome to join a short planning call to share ideas and help narrow down a theme.
Is this a drop-off party?
Yes! Creative Makers Parties are designed for guests ages 8+ to be dropped off. The birthday child’s grownups stay for the celebration, with space for up to four grownups total.
If a guest ages 7 or under will attend, one trusted adult must stay and actively assist them. Please let us know during booking so we can plan accordingly.
When are party times offered?
Birthday party time slots are usually offered on Saturdays at either 10:30am or 2:00pm. Once you submit a booking request we can respond with availability.
Can I add additional guests?
Both Creative Makers packages include 10 guests, including the birthday child. Up to 2 additional guests may be added for $50 each at booking, for a maximum of 12 children.
Every child attending counts towards the guest total, including siblings and infants, even if they won’t participate in the activities. There is no reduced rate for falling under the guest count.
How far in advance should I book a party package?
As early as you can! Parties must be booked at minimum 4 weeks in advance. Every party is made-to-order and requires extra time to ensure an amazing experience!
If you need a party in a hurry and we have availability, a rush fee will be added for any bookings past the minimum cutoff. Parties are not considered booked until payment and registration has been received by Pink Confetti Co.
Can I bring outside food?
You are welcome to bring cake, cupcakes, cake pops, cookies or macarons (no sprinkles or ice cream, please!) as we do include a 25 minute slot in your party time for cake cutting and present opening! Other than the desserts listed, no outside food is allowed. For your convenience, we provide trash cans, cake plates, napkins, utensils and cups. We also take care of the beverages including complimentary pink lemonade and water.
Need bakery recommendations? We would be happy to provide you with a list of preferred local vendors!
Who provides the makeovers?
Mini makeovers in the Creative Makers & Glam Party package are provided by our studio team. If your birthday child would love a visit from one of our Pink Confetti Fairies, please request this at the time of booking so we can check performer availability. Fairy appearances are not guaranteed; otherwise, makeovers are provided by our team.
Can I add a hand painted banner and balloon decor?
Yes! And we have the perfect recommendations for both. Just let us know during booking and we can connect you to our preferred vendors. Please note that balloon arches, specialty balloon decor or backdrops must be contracted through one of our preferred vendors.
What is your outside vendor policy?
To ensure the safety, quality and seamless experience of all birthday parties at Pink Confetti Co., we do not allow clients to bring in their own decor (ie. tablecloths, banners, etc.), outside balloon arches, large decor installations (including cardboard cutouts or backdrops) or costume performers.
Decor: Each Pink Confetti Co. party is thoughtfully designed and styled by the studio owner to create a cohesive and custom experience. Due to this, we do not allow clients to bring any outside decor including tablecloths, banners, signs, table decor, streamers, etc.
Balloons and Backdrops: Clients may bring floating balloons (helium or air-filled individual balloons) for their event. Any balloon arches, specialty balloon decor or backdrops must be contracted through one of our preferred vendors.
Performers: Character appearances must be arranged through our in-house packages or booked through one of our preferred performer vendors. These performers know how we throw a party, and we work closely with them to make their visit a seamless part of your celebration. Independently booked outside performers are not permitted.
Is full payment due at booking?
A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking for all party packages. Parties are not considered booked until payment and registration has been received by Pink Confetti Co.
This deposit will be put towards the total owed. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled event. If we do not receive payment at this time, we will consider the party cancelled.
We do not provide refunds for party deposits or final payments.
