A Collaborative Approach to Planning Creative Events & Experiences for Your Business

My Creative Intensives are small-group, virtual planning experiences designed to help children’s business owners turn their ideas into thoughtfully planned events and programs they can confidently bring to life. Whether you’re creating something for the first time or introducing a new experience to your business, these intensives provide the guidance, structure, and support to help you get there!
Through live teaching, guided planning, and collaboration with other children’s business owners, I’ll share the creative and practical sides of designing experiences. You’ll learn from real examples, helpful resources, and the planning process I use at Pink Confetti Co., while working on ideas you can bring back to your own business!
Each intensive focuses on a specific event or program, so you’ll leave with a clear plan, practical resources, and the confidence to take your next steps!
Learn, Plan & Create Together!
My Creative Intensives aren’t just another webinar where you listen, take notes, and then have to figure everything out on your own!
Each intensive combines live teaching, real examples from my own experiences, guided planning, and opportunities to ask questions and collaborate with other children’s business owners.
We’ll work through the planning process together, one step at a time, so you can take what you’re learning and apply it directly to your own business.
What You Can Expect:
- Small-group, live virtual sessions
- Practical teaching and real-world examples
- Guided planning, discussion, and Q&A
- Helpful worksheets, templates, and planning resources
- Opportunities to connect and collaborate with other business owners
Every intensive focuses on a specific event or program, with its own timeline, goals, and resources to help you move from planning to implementation!
Now Enrolling: The Valentine’s Princess Party Intensive

Plan, Create & Bring Your Own Valentine’s Princess Experience to Life!
Have you been wanting to host a princess event at your children’s business but aren’t quite sure where to start? Or maybe you’ve hosted princess events before but want a more thoughtful, organized approach to planning your next one!
Join me for a four-session, small-group Creative Intensive where I’ll walk you through the process of designing, planning, and preparing to host your very own Valentine’s princess experience!
We’ll start from square one, choosing your theme, finding and booking a princess performer, establishing your pricing, and developing your event concept so you can begin promoting your celebration early. From there, we’ll work through activities, sourcing, marketing, and all those behind-the-scenes details that help bring an experience together.
And you won’t be doing it alone! You’ll have guidance and support throughout the planning process, along with opportunities to share ideas, ask questions, and collaborate with other children’s business owners!
What We’ll Cover
Session 1 | November 16: Creating Your Event Concept
We’ll start with the foundation of your Valentine’s experience! Choose your theme, explore princess performer options, determine your event format and capacity, establish your pricing, and develop a general outline of activities. We’ll also discuss what you need to have in place to announce your event and open registration.
Session 2 | December 14: Designing the Experience
Now it’s time to bring your concept to life! We’ll explore creative activities, princess interactions, event flow, decorations, and all those thoughtful details that make an experience memorable. We’ll also discuss sourcing supplies, managing expenses, and creating a realistic planning timeline.
Session 3 | January 11: Marketing & Guest Experience
With registration underway, we’ll focus on keeping your event visible and preparing for your guests! We’ll discuss promotional strategies, guest communications, registration progress, and ways to create a welcoming, organized experience from arrival to departure.
